In 1993 the presbytery was well under way after a three year delay because of a large gum tree that was in the middle of the block.
Barry Cuthbert resigned as school principal after four years of being at St Thomas the Apostle.

Kerry Mabbott began his term as school Principal. Father Kennedy left Kambah to take up his post as Parish Priest of O'Connor Parish. Father Bill began in 1975 and continued for all that time.

The STARS (St. Thomas the Apostle Reading Scheme) program began. Lesley O'Leary was the S.T.A.R.S. coordinator. Each child involved in the program would recieve four half hour individual lessons each week. S.T.A.R.S. continues at St. Thomas' today.

In 1995 St. Thomas raised $2062.00 to support the children's special mission project, St. Gabriels School in Serowe Village, Botwana.

St Thomas' has always had a vibrant parish community. This can be demonstrated in no better way than to note some of the many groups within the parish. They include:
Parish Pastoral Council
Finance Committee
Society of St Vincent de Paul
Pastoral Care group
Family groups
Craft Group
School of Religion
Children's Liturgy of the Word
Music Ministry
Disciples of Jesus Covenant community
Young Christian workers
Couples for Christ
The Catholic Women's League
Tuesday evening Parish Charismatic Prayer group
Plant stall

The Plant Stall was run at the fete. From their back yard Steve and Noni Wilson, along with a large team of volunteers, worked on this endeavour for over twenty years. They generated many thousands of plants, and ultimately dollars, for the school and parish. We thank them.
